I have a maintenance issue with my leased space, who do I call?
You can call (405) 701-0038 and submit your maintenance request via phone or you can click here to submit your request digitally for faster service.

How long does it take my request to be fulfilled?
Our goal is to have your request fulfilled within 24-48 hours. We will prioritize requests by severity first and then by the order in which the request was received. Depending on the severity of the issue and the amount of requests in queue it could take more than 48 hours to get a resolution. We will do our very best to resolve your issue in as quickly as possible.

What constitutes as an EMERGENCY maintenance request?
Severe breakdowns in HVAC (heat and air), Plumbing (flooding/backing up), or Electrical Systems (smoke or fire*). *if there is a fire call 911 FIRST before calling the property management company.
